We encourage you to subscribe to the Think Media YouTube channel or look out for our YouTube livestreams where we review channels from our Video Ranking Academy students so you can learn how to improve your own channel.

We haven't officially launched our scholarship/sponsorship program, however, there has been a lot of interest recently so we are evaluating what that program will look like.

If you are not prompted to create a password please select the link “Forgot my password?” and a password reset will be sent to the email address you used to purchase the course.

If you are within the first 30 days of purchasing your Video Ranking Academy course, you can fill out the form below. Once you fill out the form, our team will typically respond within 24 hours of your request. Keep in mind, our business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm PT.

The majority of our giveaways take place and are announced LIVE during our livestreams. You must be present on the livestream to win and must contact us in order to claim your prize.

Winners should fill out the form located on the page below with your name, full address, phone number and the prize you won along with the livestream name in order to quickly process your giveaway.

Your name and email must match the name announced on the live stream exactly and match our records or we will not be able to process your giveaway.

Depending on the giveaway item and location of the winner, items will vary on shipping and delivery time. We aim to process giveaway prizes within 48 hours after winner verification and delivery address is received.

Wait times during our challenges may increase. These giveaways are usually processed the week after the challenge.

Giveaways are open worldwide however international winners may be given a digital prize of comparable value in lieu of a physical prize.
